Born to Master Sergeant Frank Conaway Sr. & Linda Conaway at Columbus Air Force Base, Dr. Frank Conaway has been a Mississippi resident most of his life. Moving due to his father’s service, he also lived in Madrid, Spain and K.I. Sawyer Air Force Base in Michigan.

Membership Plan

If you don’t have insurance we have a great option for you! For less than a dollar a day you can have discounts on all treatment in our office. There are no waiting periods. No treatment is denied due to a pre existing condition. You can have any treatment you want! My membership plan does not put limits on your choices.
